Jul 18, 2024 · BLOWS MY MIND that PRS doesn't do a budget P90 guitar any longer. Not even an S2. Sometimes I regret selling the ONE PRS I'VE EVER OWNED (an SE Korina One with a dot neck, in mint cond), but it's just GAS. It had the widest neck of all of my guitars, but the one thing that put me off was the noisy single-coil.

Jul 2, 2024 · I've just recently learned of the PRS SE One. I'm really drawn to the simplicity of it. One great pickup, fixed bridge, one knob. I then saw a Korina and loved how it pays homage to the LP Jr in TV yellow. I saw a used non-Korina One on sale locally for $500ish but only see one used Korina for double that price.

Jan 15, 2016 · Bought my SE One after trying half a dozen LP Juniors. The Gibsons were all of a poorer build quality than a guitar less than half its prise and the SE One had a better neck. did change the p/up to a TVJones T90, nothing wrong with the original, I just wanted different.

Sep 2, 2022 · I spotted a used PRS SE One Korina for sale locally for $450.00 Canadian ($344.00 usd). Supposedly in excellent condition. Being a sucker for a good deal I’m considering taking the plunge but thought that I would seek some opinions first before jumping on it.

Mar 6, 2014 · I picked up a PRS SE One Korina as "knock around" guitar to have at the office. I picked on up off of Craig's over the weekend. Just by visual inspection I think the neck has too much relief. I could tell when I was checking out the guitar that it had some intonation problems with the A string but I bought it regardless.

Aug 9, 2013 · One difference between the Gibson and a stock SE one s that the Gibson has a tone control. The few korina models of the SE I've played we're definitely on the bright side, so that's one mod I'd almost consider mandatory. Give a search over at mylespaul regarding general background on juniors. A lot of folks talk a lot about that style of guitar.
