Oct 4, 2020 · The beautiness of PRS is that you are totally free to make every mod you want without worrying about vintage laws like Fender or Gibson. So I would not go for lampshade: first because they cost too much for being just KNOBS, second because I can't afford them, third because 90% of PRSs has that knobs. I'm not sure if I've been clear.

Mar 30, 2013 · It seems PRS uses some sort of proprietary pots for their USA stuff. I have been looking for some speed knobs to replace the lampshade knobs and according to PRS, they use "1/4” split-shaft (6.35MM) CTS style pots" on their USA models. The vast majority of speed knobs I can find are for general USA split-shaft CTS pots, but they’re all 6MM.

Oct 18, 2023 · The US knobs seem to fit a hair tighter on the SE's and they can be tough to remove sometimes, make sure to protect your guitars top with a rag or something.. I have a tool to help remove them.
