Pennsylvania Railroad number 94 is the only example to be preserved. It is at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg, Pennsylvania, across from the Strasburg Rail Road.

Jul 7, 2019 · Reportedly, PRR 94 was built in 1917 by Altoona Works as a class A5s, builders number 3191. One of the heaviest 0-4-0’s ever built. The Pennsylvania Railroad was keen on this wheel arrangement due to complex street and tight industrial trackage across its broad network.

These two photos show PRR 930 as built in 1873 (left) and as modified c.1880 to serve as the special engine for the General Superintendent Altoona. It was retired in 1899 and special locomotives assigned to officers' use were discontinued in 1917.
