The PCC Police Department Cadet program introduces men and women to the field of law enforcement. This part-time job is designed to develop the skills and abilities of individuals who are interested in pursuing a future career as a sworn Police Officer.

Police Dispatch Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Front Counter Hours: M - Th, 8 am to 4 pm, / Fridays, 8 am to 2 pm Lost and Found Hours: M - Fri, 10 am to 2 pm

A Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is an official document issued by the police or government agency of a country to certify that an individual has no criminal record or has not been involved in any criminal activity that resulted in a criminal conviction.

The Pima Community College Police Department is a fully certified law enforcement agency, with authority granted by the College’s Governing Board and Arizona Revised Statutes. All officers are certified by the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) and have received a minimum 585 hours basic peace officer training.
