Charles, PAS 220 in my opinion is a good guide for PRP program development. One of the main problems encountered in SME is the lack of guidance for PRP (It's true we can always use the old and realiable Codex CAC/RCP 1-1969), but there are some new parts not covered by Codex worth of giving PAS220 a chance.
