Jul 14, 2019 · I did like them though! Flushed the 8 iron twice and hit my best shots of the day with the 5 & 6 iron. They definitely have a smaller/thinner top line compared to the P760's. Distance was pretty close. I had the lofts strengthened on the Pro Dot's so they were closer to my P760's. They feel phenomenal when struck well!

Feb 8, 2023 · I totally agree with @over7par, P760's are probably my favorite irons TaylorMade has made.They are kind of hard to compare though, lofts of P760 are a lil stronger than the the P7MC and the speedfoam in the long irons of the P760's definitely makes a difference.

Dec 22, 2018 · I have only hit the P760 7i at a fitting. Was fit into the P790, but gained 20y on all clubs and don’t want to great such a large gap at the bottom of the bag. I am coming from M2 Tour irons and use a P770 PW currently and really like it. So I figured the transition to P770 would be good, but the P760 has more advanced tech.

May 13, 2020 · P760 after 1.5 rounds : transitioning from the reliable i210 into a smaller profile that's has me reverting back to shot shaping after nearly 8 months of point n shoot golf with the Pings. The i210s are a solid , dependable set but I found them be short due to higher spin.

Feb 26, 2020 · Even though I play both sets 1* weak, going from my P760 8 iron at 38* to my P790 7 iron at 31.5* combined with the thin faced foam filled 790 7 iron being a little more explosive than the solid one piece 760 8 iron, it creates much too big of a gap for me.
