Oct 16, 2022 · They can't access the normal Steam DLC page with the Raidou outfit. They instead have a different page for the Outfit + Music DLC, and on the page for them there is no Raidou outfit in the image.

Oct 22, 2022 · The only way right now is to recompile the game files. Yeah seems like I'll just have to wait, though I really want to use the raidou outfits. Not gonna complain though, modders definitely deserve respect for what they do. Makes no sense that atlus/sega removed the raidou outfits in the first place though.
