I would pick persona cards earlier in the game and not worry about them much later on. Later your social links will be higher so your personas will be stronger by fusion than if you just picked...

Oct 8, 2021 · Yes, it should be doable especially in NG+ where the cards you registered previously are banked. The way to do it is grind the dungeons forcing as many Shuffle Times as you can (ending a battle with an All-Out Attack guarantees one).
