The P-63C-5 has been present since the start of the Open Beta Test prior to Update 1.27. It features a far better engine than the previous P-63A but also retains the four 12.7 mm machine guns and 37 mm cannon mounted through the propeller hub.

The Bell P-63 Kingcobra is an American fighter aircraft that was developed by Bell Aircraft during World War II. Based on the preceding Bell P-39 Airacobra, the P-63's design incorporated suggestions from P-39 pilots and was superior to its predecessor in virtually all respects.

This aircraft can be used to some success in ground battles thanks to its access to 3 x 500 lb bombs, however more conventional bombers like the SB2C-5 are more suited for this task. There is an identical variant in the US tree — (P-63C-5](p-63c-5).

The P-63C-5 was the second production series of the P-63 Kingcobra. The main improvement was the more powerful Allison V-1710-117 engine, capable of producing 1,500 hp on war emergency power and 1,800 hp with water injection.

Other than the skin, the Kingcobra (USA) is the same as the regular tech tree P-63C-5. It has the same performance, offensive weaponry, and suspended armament. The P-63C-5 received an updated version of the Allison V-1710 that made a lot more power than previous Kingcobras.
