Full size badges worn on the new AGSU; Oxidized badges give the AGSU an original look

1) Either oxidized finish or silver finish badges will be worn. No mixing. 2) No nameplates will be worn on the coat or shirts. 3) Since female AGSU coats have only pocket flaps (no pockets) their insignia will be worn IAW male uniform standards. 4) No more than one identification badge per pocket will be worn.

Apr 30, 2023 · I’ve been wanting a set of AGSUs since they came out, but I want to wear oxidized badges. The problem is I have DS and Pathfinder badges which are super shiny Sta-Brite. The word is these will eventually be made oxidized, but I’m impatient.

Marlow White's swords and sabers have ceremonial blades. As such, they are built to strict military regulations to be used in drills, ceremonies, and displays. These blades are of the highest quality but are not sharpened for use as a weapon.

I was recently given an Oxidized Pathfinder Badge for my AGSUs (but unsure where from). Apparently they have recently come out the past few months. Has Marlow White got these in stock now please?

Nov 3, 2022 · Has anyone seen the AGSU worn with full oxidized medals? AR 670-1 has it listed that one can do so but I am just interested to see how it looks. To clear up confusion, I am referring to the "raw" looking medals rather than the anodized ones.

Jan 7, 2020 · As always - there was usually a pedantic 1SG somewhere who would insist on everyone polishing up their accoutrements on ribbons, such as oak leaf clusters or GCM knots, since everything had to be all oxidized or all shiny. You can't polish accoutrements without removing them from the ribbon or else you'd get brasso all over the ribbon.
