They were also sold as re-branded films in western countries (at least in West Germany), especially by some mail-order photo dealers.

Jun 25, 2008 · Orwo uses T22 (TSS) as color developer, while geva uses T32. There is a lab here, in Warsaw, witch processes color orwo, both negs and slides in original process. If processed in spiral tank, the film might survive regular E6. I've developed once a roll of orwo UT21 in regular c41 and it worked.
what chemistry is needed for developing this expired soviet film
It's a soviet color reversal (slide) film made for an obsolete Orwo C-9165 process. The time on the box is just the time for the first step of this process, which is black and white development, color development occurs later. If you want color, you can process it in cold c41 chemistry.
