Hi There. I had the same issue with finding the server properties. But I found it eventually. Open mmc console, Click File , Add/Remove Snap-ins, select Print Management, and specify the Server ,(in your case Add Local server) .

May 27, 2015 · We have a problem with RDP sessions to our servers hangs/locks after a while. On some servers they don't at all. If I try to open a session window that hangs, I'm unable to control anything, but clicking and then wait for about a minute I can continue where I left of.
