Jan 10, 2015 · First time entering Markarth on this playthrough, I see two Thalmor soldiers standing next to Ondolemar's body. I didn't kill him and I found him there with his armor unequipped. Does anyone know why this happened?

The way I did it (because I kill all Thalmor) is I hid over behind the dogs (right near the Jarl's room) and hit them with arrows from there. They'll start looking for an "assassin" after you kill the first one, but not after the other two, oddly enough.
