Aug 13, 2023 · Even before I got HoI4 and installed TNO, Omsk was my favorite nation/warlord (and it still is). I mean, I love the concept of a post-WW2 Siberian Warlord, a whole nation, leaders and soldiers fuled by pure hatred and revenege against an enemy that has destroyed and salted their motherland, furiously waiting the year they could the same thing back to them.

Sep 25, 2021 · There's a lot of dissonance between Omsk and the AB. Omsk feels very authentic and true to the world of TNO - that is to say, if TNO were real, Omsk (or something like it) would definitely exist. It feels heavy and serious. Meanwhile the AB is literally a meme. It's very hard to take them seriously when you're literally LARPing as Aryans or pagans.

With the exception of the residents of Omsk, who were exposed to Black League propaganda for years, the majority of the League enforcers are gonna be your average TNO Russian - bitter at resentful and the misery of their surroundings, raised in the chaos and destitution of near-apocalyptic remains of a dead country.

Apr 27, 2021 · TNO is broken into TNO and TNO2 TNO 1 is the TNO the devs have released so far, it goes from 1962-1972 TNO 2 goes from 1972-1982, this includes a reunified russia, a germany that has finished all the focus trees after the GCW, etc, this is where a hypothetical great trial would take place, but it likely won't.
