Sunny is the main protagonist of the Omori franchise. He is a stoic Hikikomori, withdrawn from society and finding solace in the confines of his mother's house. His days are spent in solitude, navigating a world of virtual realities and digital landscapes, his only connection to the outside world being through the screen of his computer.

SUNNY'S HOUSE is one of the many areas within FARAWAY TOWN in OMORI. It is where SUNNY primarily resides and starts his routine during his last three days in his hometown. SUNNY’S HOUSE is the first house within FARAWAY TOWN that the player has access to, located at SUNNY'S STREET.

In the real world, OMORI's real name is SUNNY and he lives with his mother, who is currently out in the city to prepare for moving. The house is mostly empty save for boxes as SUNNY and his mother are moving in three days.

Sunny is shy and extremely quiet, both in the real world and as Omori in his dreams. His emotions are very restrictive even before he spends four years as a hikikomori/shut-in, as he does not like to smile; despite that and being easily prone to anger, he still deeply cares for his old friends.
