The ETTORE Project — Olivino
In 2017, Olivino embarked on a daring new project to collaborate across two continents and create something unique. Based in Switzerland, Ettore Biraghi is a rising star in European winemaking, known for his daring and iconoclastic style that won him Gault et Millaut’s Rookie of the Year award in 2017.
The Vineyard — Olivino
OUR TERROIR. On 35 acres of flat, loamy-gravelly soil, we grow organic Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Pinot noir grapes from vines ranging in age from about 5 to 25 years.

Grape and Wine Services - Olivino
Our 35-acre vineyard is located in Hopland, CA, and is part of the Mendocino AVA. Our entire 64-acre estate from the vineyard to the production facility is certified organic by CCOF.

The Olive Orchard — Olivino
The Olive Grove at the Top of the World. Situated 12 miles West of our our Olive Mill in Hopland, our 2500-tree olive orchard is located high in the grassy oak-covered hills of a private ranch straddling Sonoma and Mendocino counties.

WHERE WE ARE. Located in Hopland, CA, our 64-acre estate lies in a viticulture zone established mainly by emigrated Italian farmers over a century ago.
Cold Storage - Olivino
Our bonded storage facility provides 6,000 sqf of climate-controlled, clean, safe storage for bulk cased goods such as wine and olive oil. We maintain the temperature at 55F throughout the year and track inventory on a monthly basis.
