Jun 7, 2021 · Go back and talk to the old man, and ask him all the questions about the guardian (locations, bait, etc). After that you should be able to catch Inaba Jewel Beetles (the guide I used said in the evening, but I was getting them during the day too).

Problem is, that the old man won't talk to me about the guardian at all, no matter how often I talk to him. All flags are set, the quest symbol shows over his head, but that's where it ends. Anyone else got that bug and maybe even a solution for this problem?
