Okir, also spelled okil or ukkil, is the term for rectilinear and curvilinear plant-based designs and folk motifs that can be usually found among the Moro and Lumad people of the Southern Philippines, as well as parts of Sabah.

The Art of Okir or Ukkil encompasses geometric and flowing designs prevalent in Maranao and Muslim-influenced artwork in Mindanao, characterized by intricate leaf-and-vine patterns. It includes various motifs such as Pako Rabong and Sarimanok, used in woodwork, metalwork, and weaving, reflecting cultural heritage.

Okir designs consist of scrolling floral and leaf patterns called "Okir-a-Dato" created by men, and geometric patterns called "Okir-a-Bai" created by women. The study aims to educate people on Okir designs and their cultural significance to help appreciate Maranao art and symbolism.
