Jul 18, 2024 · I have grown red ogo under a few different light. I tend to recommend full spectrum/planted aquarium spectrum for macros so whichever setting on your light is closest to that. Also, may be worth dosing ChaetoGro by Broghtwell. Probably not necessary, but I do think it helps with macro algae growth.
