Oczy (オクジー, Okujī) is a main character in Part 2 of About the Movement of the Earth series. Oczy is a teenage fighter and has ultra-negative thinking. He has excellent eyesight, but is afraid to look at the sky.

A decade later, duellists Oczy and Gras are tasked with guarding a heretic during transport, accompanied by Nowak. Gras, an amateur astronomer, records Mars' movements and expects it to complete its revolution. However, Mars unexpectedly retrogrades, frustrating Gras.
