I said: never used this Octorok before. Ever. I said: Scimitar of the Seven, which you might recognize as a weapon that doesn't come degraded. I tested with another weapon (via save scumming) and it worked fine. Seems like it's the particular weapon that isn't compatible, unless I'm missing something.

Each individual Rock Octorok can only do this once per Blood Moon cycle, so try to remember where you can find several of them if you plan on making a lot of repairs. Also, you CAN save-scum to get a modifier you like, but their quality seems tied to overall story progress again, so doing this too early is probably a waste of time.

May 12, 2023 · this is absolutely correct if you use an octorok you have to kill it and wait for a bloodmoon also the mention weapons that cant be repaired are the amiibo weapons but there is a workaround for it just fuse the "unrepairable" weapon to a regular weapon restore it and tada 2 fresh weapons just unfuse it in tarrey town

Mar 3, 2017 · Hello TURI, so if you look around Death Mountain, try to find a Fire Octorok. If you drop a badly damaged weapon near one, they'll vacuum it in and spit it back at you. I'm almost certain that the weapon will be restored to its original form. There is a chance that this only works with rusty weapons, I can't remember.

There is an octorok on an island in the lava due south of Eldin's flank that will repair your weapons. You throw your weapon to it and it will spit it out renewed aftet sucking it up. The island is in the far northeastern portion of Lake Darman, and is indicated with two burning skull torches and a group of rusty weapons sitting nearby.
