October Fall was an American pop punk band from Chicago, Illinois. They formed in the summer of 2003, with Pat D'Andrea (vocals/guitar) and Clark Harrison (guitar) as the original members. These two originally played together under the name "Silver Lining".

Originally a solo project of Mikko Lehto. The band's early released music was mostly acoustic and ambient, with themes of nature. They changed their style to atmospheric black metal on The Streams of the End, and according to Lehto's interviews, the very first promo in 2001 was mostly metal, heavily influenced by Opeth and Katatonia.
