It separates "threading TPI" from DP (diametral pitch); lists DP from 4 to 184 with a symbol that indicates "pitch" and threads from 1 1/2 to 168 tpi. I see plenty of definitions where it relates to "gears", but this question is relating to a threading (or worm) type function.

May 5, 2017 · For domestic hardwoods like Maple, Ash and Walnut I think 10tpi works best as the threads are more robust than the finer tpi’s. The harder exotics like African Blackwood and Ebony take 16tpi well. I think 16 is good to learn on. I have chasers from 11 to 32 and 16 is probably what I grab the most.

Stock power was muted and it would load up in the slow going. -Spooges excessively, TPI never put out a drop of spooge. Both have same pipe and FMF sparky. -Uses considerably more fuel. This has gotten better with the ECU tune.

Oct 6, 2009 · The only AN 7/16 thread that I know is -4 which is 7/16-20. Just taped two for the Dodge oil lines. My Morse Practical guide shows 7/16-24 NS as a standard size. Rutland catalog shows 7/16-24 taps at $15.81 and dies at $14.96. I see no pipe threads with 24 TPI
