Die Reihe 1216 der Österreichischen Bundesbahnen (ÖBB) ist eine vierachsige elektrische Universallokomotivreihe die seit 2005 im Einsatz ist. Alle Fahrzeuge der Reihe sind Mehrsystem - Drehstromlokomotiven und mit Wendezug- sowie Vielfachsteuerung ausgestattet.
