May 4, 2020 · Load ISOs using WinHIIP, then on PS2 launch the games with OPL. Simple. Winhiip is outdated. Those patches are for a different (but also outdated) loader called HDLoader. Use HDL Dump 0.9.2 and a batch installer.

Oct 2, 2017 · Setting up OPL. Don't plug the crossover/patch cable into the PS2 yet. This tutorial will be for Windows 7, but can also work for Windows 8 and 8.1. If someone can confirm this can work for Win 10, I would be thankful. Make sure you're on the Administrator account, as SMB works more often when on the Administrator account.
