Nov 30, 2020 · AN online stationery retailer has announced plans to open a warehouse in Witham. OMG How Cheap Limited have agreed a ten-year lease on three units at the new industrial estate, Tungsten Park. The firm will be moving into its new home next summer.

Atlas Real Estate has recently acted for a private property company on the forward commitment of prime industrial estate at Eastways, Witham. The property comprises three units totalling 45,000 sq.ft built by Tungsten Properties and completed in December 2021 to a very high specification.
