The flag and logo of the OECS consists of a complex pattern of concentric design elements on a pale green field, focused on a circle of nine inwardly pointed orange triangles and nine outwardly pointed white triangles.

The flag has an internal ring that shows the nine elements of the OECS, evolving into nine points of contact, radiating from the core, out into the region and beyond. There is an outer “O” which is for the OECS and which is circled by another ring, representing the world at large.

Members: The OECS is a (12) twelve-member grouping of islands spread across the Eastern Caribbean. Together, they form a near-continuous archipelago across the eastern reaches of the Caribbean Sea.

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) is an international inter-governmental organisation consisting of 11 member states dedicated to regional integration in the Eastern Caribbean.

The OECS was established on 18 June 1981 in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis, with the signing of the Treaty of Basseterre. It was created to promote unity and solidarity among member states and to assist them in their economic, social, and cultural development.
