Aug 9, 2023 · The 120 is a derp machine, and so it is very difficult to find a sweet BR for it - too low and it is ridiculously OP in a down-tier, too high and it is useless. But since BR is apparently based on how players perform with it, we can reasonably assume that a lot of players have done quite well with it at lower BR’s, hence it is pushed up.

May 22, 2024 · Compare the OBJ 120 to the PTZ89 if you want a comparison. Effectively the same tank except the PTZ has a slightly better round and a stab… at 9.0. OBJ 120 certainly does deserve its br. it was absurdly underteired at 7.3 with literally nothing at that BR having close to the same firepower.

May 21, 2024 · Also russians dont get better APFSDS than at Obj 120 until 9.7. Back when we didnt had that much modern tanks and Object 120 was one rank under the top tier, you could just uptier yourself with it. And even now if you take it to 10.0-11.0 game it wont have issues penetrating the tanks.

Aug 15, 2023 · The object 120 was designed to face the chieftain, that’s why it uses such a powerful APDS-FS, it is clear that it has its limitations, but well positioned and waiting, it can be very lethal for even tanks of more than 1 BR of difference.

Mar 3, 2024 · it is an issue, since you cant trade hits, and u cant snipe when many tanks have an LRF, the 120 doesnt even have a STAB. so 8.0 is to high and 7.3 is to low so i still think 7.7 would be fine or stretch the BR more afar. and think about the VIDAR this thing has a STAB, LRF and a fast reload for a 155mm gun its not fair that the 120 and the VIDAR are on the same BR.

May 4, 2024 · Vidar is absolutely OP. Thermals, laser rangefinders, excessivley good HE shots. Really a shame. And they put obj 120 (that is shit right now) at br 8. Gaijin must move Vidar at least at 8.7. It is absolutely op.
