To be even clearer, if I nslookup to the ISPs DNS server that appears in the forwarders list (24.153.23.114) I CAN successfully resolve names. If I exit and retry it doesn't work. This seems to indicate that the DNS server is not forwarding properly, but the packet capture shows the request being made, which tells me it is.
