The Police Riot is used by the Tactical Response Unit of the National Office of Security Enforcement, featuring NOOSE markings and a NOOSE seal on its sides and rear, as well as the initials " LSPD " on its front and on the doors.

Jun 18, 2021 · Once you're outside run directly to the right and wack the guy on the left of the noose van. Then run around the outside of the hedge and through the industrial/warehouse area. You can take a car on the street or if the getaway vehicles spawn nearby you can take them.

Aug 9, 2020 · Once you're out of the staff lobby exit, there will be a NOOSE van to your right. Head past it, melee killing the guards, and make your way to the main road. From there, you can run to your getaway vehicles or jack a random car off the road.
