He also likes to try new things and have fun with it (cue ROLLLING THUNDERRR) As I reread the ending a few times, I think the author did a really nice job of tying the story together at the end.

Jan 5, 2022 · I do think that Nishinoya has a higher ceiling than Yaku though. One final point to make though is that we've rarely seen Nishinoya empowered like Yaku is on Nekoma. The Shiratorizawa game is probably where Karasuno's blockers played into Nishinoya's strengths. And that's when he was a huge thorn in the side of arguably the series strongest hitter.
