Oct 27, 2020 · In the Iliad Nestor is noted to have been king of Pylos for 2 generations and starting on his third. This would mean that Nestor was more than 60 years old when the Trojan War started and my guess is between 70 and 80 since he was young when Herakles asked Neleus (Nestor's father) to cleanse him of a blood-debt.
