NatWest is a terrible bank in general. You’d be doing yourself a favour switching to another bank. NatWest have pulled shit with me in the past for ridiculous reasons so it doesn’t surprise me that they’d do something like this.

Feb 17, 2023 · Trying to set it up today, I live abroad, so I make my rent payments via Natwest. But I download the app, and apparently because I haven't been using the app long, I can't set up biometric approval yet--with no indication as to WHEN I can set it up. First of all, that is stupid.

Dec 14, 2021 · I had NatWest for my bills and Starling for my spending. Now I've switched to Nationwide for bills and kept with Starling. Ive really enjoyed Starling, I love the app. I've also heard Monzo is brill too. NatWest were always unhelpful so I made use of a switch offer to Nationwide, did lose my overdraft though.
