Feel free to build Nahida full EM. BUT Nahida's Main build is still optimal in Nilou's team. Having both characters doing decent damage is a good thing than having just one big dmg.

It takes away a bit of spread potential, in exchange for aggravate dmg, and Fischl sucks at triggering hyperblooms, but it works decently well. But using Dendro MC and infusing their burst with hydro or electro is probably your best bet.
