The only miss is the touch button on top of the unit instead of the NAD logo. The touch sensitivity seems a lot better than previous NAD amplifiers though. NAD M23 View attachment 306155 In both cases, we get a pure 10kHz sine wave. Of course, since 3rd harmonic and above are completely inaudible to any human. (And the theory -and practice- tells us that a square wave may be reproduced by an infinite sum of sine waves at odd multiples of the fundamental frequency, with level decreasing as 1/order)

Jun 10, 2023 · Anyway, going back to Nad M23, i got tempted by the price for a demo unit and bought it for my second system to drive Dynaudio Evoke 20. Kef r5 are still not sold, tried with those too and m23 sounds great with both. I will just say it sounds transparent and will reserve extensive comparisons with c298 i also had to myself.

I've still got a modest system, the pre-amp is my Marantz NR1200 using RCA pre-outs (1.2V) to the M23, my speakers are Klipsch RP-6000Fs with GR Research's upgraded crossover design and parts, and I've got a decent amount of GIK acoustic panels on the front, rear, and side walls.
