Ang Bagong Hukbong Bayan[1] (Wikang Ingles: New People's Army) o NPA, ay isang grupo ng sibilyang hukbo na lumalaban para sa rebolusyong komunista ng Pilipinas. Ito ay itinatag noong 29 Marso 1969. Ang NPA ay lumalaban ng isang "digmang bayan" bilang armadong kawing ng Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas (CPP).
