Oct 12, 2022 · The NOA1 is just a receipt showing USCIS accepted the I130, all the required evidence was included, and the fee was correct. When the I130 is approved, you will receive the NOA2 that will tell you the next steps. As to actually receiving the mailed NOA1, be patient, unless you moved recently, it will show up. Good Luck!

Obviously, the I-129F must have been approved, or else the K1 visa would not be issued at the US Consulate! It is unreasonable that extra money ($340) on top of the AOS fees($1010), to be paid for a duplicate copy of NOA2.
