Jan 10, 2025 · The New Mexico Energy Conservation and Management (ECAM) Division is a one-stop shop for Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) rebates and tax credits available to New Mexicans. Qualified homes and businesses must apply through the ECAM website prior to receiving approval and coupons for rebate programs.
