Anytime i play i notice any car i drive shifts real early not even redlining and it slows me down this typically happens in higher gears and rarely the cars won't shift at all. Plz help

What happened to cheery and fun arcade racers? There was a time when NFS didn't take itself too seriously either and was goofy, 2015 is just forgettable.
