Dec 6, 2019 · I may be on the wrong track with it as I'm not as familiar with NBA 2K modding techniques as I am with the old NBA Live PC releases, but I assume it would involve extracting the .iff files from the 0D archive using the NBA 2K16 Explorer, renaming one of them to the Blacktop court's filename, and then using the External File Plugin to load that custom file instead.
