Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) | OTDA
New York recipients may access their cash and SNAP benefits at participating EBT locations anywhere within New York State and nationwide. Cash benefits may also be accessed at participating ATM and authorized retail store locations.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) | OTDA
You can submit your SNAP Recertification application by mail, from your home by using the internet (www.myBenefits.ny.gov), by fax, or in person at your local department of social services. After you submit your application, you must be interviewed.

Apply for SNAP - Social Services - onondaga.gov
You can file an application online at www.mybenefits.ny.gov. The completed online Supplemental Nutrition Assistance application will be sent to the agency and you will be screened for expedited Supplemental Nutrition Assistance within five days and have a scheduled phone interview to determine eligibility.
