May 31, 2023 · Hi! Just a quick history of my account, it has been hacked before because someone somehow managed to get into my email that I use for roblox. I've recovered it about 3 weeks ago. Around a week ago, someone that is from a different city is logged in to my account. I knew because of the continue games tab, there are games that I do NOT play at all.

Mar 4, 2021 · I was playing roblox and everything was fine one day. then a few days later I try to login and theres all these verification steps and theres 2 step verification on my account. It sends an email to my gmail account but the problem is I think my roblox account is linked to an email I cant access anymore.

Apr 6, 2023 · Just reply to the moderation email that said your account was fixed and tell them the accounts still locked. The account should be up and running within a day or two along with a response email from the support team. Roblox moderation may be complete *** but the support team has been amazing from what I've experienced.

Mar 3, 2021 · Now the problem is that when Roblox emailed me that they updated the account (which is my Roblox) with the email address i'm using to email them which is Account 1. But when I try to request for a 2-step verification with Account 1, it's not sending anything like nothing is happening aswell as the password reset feature.

Feb 11, 2021 · That was definitely me. I started work at 3 pm, and woke up at 2:30 pm. Went on my computer at 2:40, opened my roblox account and saw that everything was gone. I don't rekon the hackers took anything else besides my limiteds. It's odd that they didn't even steal my robux though. I have over 500 robux lol.

May 14, 2023 · My receipts have been marked gray which means the hacker opened the receipts of me buying robux. I changed my password and added 2 step verification on my email, and I sent a support ticket to roblox yesterday, they said I had to verify ownership of the account by emailing them with the email that is connected to the account.

Aug 30, 2024 · Roblox rejected my appeal regardless of nothing being on the moderation note. I know I am innocent and I was wrongfully terminated. Why didn't Roblox provide any evidence to prove their accusation? Considering child endangerment being a serious accusation you think they would have evidence on hand correct?
