MX-18290 is an electronic transport device, or fill device, developed in the late 1980s by the US National Security Agency (NSA) and manufactured by ITT. It was intended for loading Frequency Hopping tables and Transmission Security Keys (TSK) into compatible devices, such as SINCGARS radio sets.

The MX-10579/VRC and/or MX-18290/VRC SINCGARS Fill Device were used on the first versions of the SINCGARS radios to load the Frequency Hopping data sets. These sets consist of a key that determines the radio channel hopping order and also a list of channels to that are locked out of the hop set, such at commercial television channels, etc.
