Mutalisk is a free and public web service program that enables comprehensive analysis of somatic DNA mutations with genome regulation elements and DNA sequence contexts.

Mutalisk identifies mutations in the vcf file that map to the coding region of the selected genome assembly. The transcription direction (forward or reverse) of the mapped genes are annotated.
