They have heads similar to Skibidi Toilets, but on the sides of their toilet bowls they have humanoid bodies, mostly from decapitated Alliance members. Sometimes, however, the bodies of mutants are not always from Alliance members, as some of them seem to be fully custom made.

A Skibidi Mutant will typically appear as a regular Skibidi toilet (of any size) with a human head sprouting from the toilet bowl, and will have humanoid limbs attached to it, which allows them to use melee weapons effectively, they typically behave like any other Skibidi Toilet though.
