Mr. Y (Mr．Y ミスターワイ Misutā Wai) is one of the main villains from Streets of Rage 4. He is the son of Mr. X and the twin brother of Ms. Y, and one of the leaders of the new Y Syndicate criminal organization. Mr. Y is a young Caucasian man with fair skin and Dark Sandy Blonde hair.
