Mar 26, 2006 · I looked at Tag&Rename and it looks more like Ultra Tag Editor than mp3tag. I would be interested in hearing from niktheguru why you feel that Tag&Rename is the better choice.

Jan 26, 2014 · Hi Where are you editing the metadata? Is it via the Playlist or Media Library? Via View File Info (Alt+3) or Edit Metadata for selection dialog (Ctrl+E / Shift+E)? Can you provide us with a sample mp3? And does mp3tag say the tags are ID3v2.4?

May 14, 2012 · mp3tag can scan for and repair "bad" malformed tags in files, as well as mass strip other tag types out of files. it can also, via a cut and paste operation, turn all tags, like id3v1, into proper id3v2.3 tags, (and remove the other tags).
