Feb 27, 2009 · Hi everyone, I recently purchased an used Motu 828 mkII Firewire interface, and it worked perfectly in the beginning with my PCI VIA Chipset firewire interface card, but suddenly it started crashing (MOTU and computer).

Jan 3, 2022 · The USB version of the 828mkII was a short lived product but MOTU''s response has been the company line for awhile now. Though unsupported, most older MOTU devices do work with current OS but you have to know where to find the latest drivers. For you and the rest of us with these units, it's the correct driver for the 828mk3 Hybrid.

Oct 19, 2024 · Then I only see the 2408 In/Out. 1 -8 and 17 - 24 aren't available, becuase they are on MOTU AUDIO, the 2 828s. Is this a case where I need to route the 828 In and Out via ADAT to the 2408 B and C ADAT?
