Nov 29, 2024 · Windows shows it within audio devices as "Motu Audio" and it disappears and reappears as I turn the device on and off. I just cant get it to show as an audio device within any apps or windows sound settings I have also managed to get it to display within Cubase with the "MOTU Asio device".

Dec 11, 2024 · When I setup the 828x I had to contact Motu support initially as it seems the M4 setup wasn’t clearly documented and the device wasn’t being recognised at all over Thunderbolt using an adapter but was recognised over USB through my hub after they gave me some terminal commands to run.
