The Moscow International Business Center (MIBC), [a] also known as Moscow-City, [b] is an under-construction commercial development in Moscow, the capital of Russia. The project occupies an area of 60 hectares, [ 2 ] and is located just east of the Third Ring Road at the western edge of the Presnensky District in the Central Administrative Okrug .

The second, third, and fourth-tallest buildings in Moscow are the South Tower of OKO, Neva Towers 2, and the Mercury City Tower, respectively, with OKO and Mercury City Tower also held the position of the tallest building in Europe.

Mercury City Tower (Russian: Меркурий Сити Тауэр, romanized: Merkuriy Siti Tauer) is a supertall skyscraper located on plot 14 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC), in Moscow, Russia.

The International Moscow Business Center "Moscow-City" was originally planned as a kind of "city within a city", i.e. an area in which all conditions for living, work and business, recreation and leisure are created. Therefore, all free-standing towers and skyscraper complexes include shopping galleries, apartments and offices.

Now «Moscow-City» occupies more than 60 hectares and includes 19 buildings, including «Federation» and «OKO» towers, known as one of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe. The construction of «Moscow-City» takes place on the Presnenskaya embankment of the Moscow River, about four kilometers west of Red Square and east of the Third Ring Road.

MIBC is divided into several sections, where since 1996 the construction of towers and various facilities and structures has been underway. For residents, owners and tenants of commercial real estate, multi-level underground and surface parking lots are provided.
